Farm Policy
Outer Aisle FOODS (OAF) is a local food distribution network with operating guidelines as follows:
- Fall/Winter/Spring CSA: Twice per month (bi-weekly) deliveries from October through June.
- Summer CSA: Weekly deliveries July through September.
- You may cancel a delivery a minimum of four days in advance by emailing outeraislefoods@gmail.com.
- It is your responsibility to remember to pick up your delivery on the correct day and during the allocated time. If you forget, we cannot refund, replace or give you credit for your missed share.
- Pre-payment is requested in increments of $75, $100, $200, $300 either by cash, check or on-line payment (pending).
- Other financial arrangements are available upon request by either calling or emailing.
- Notice will be sent out when you have reached a near zero balance asking for you to deposit more money into your account.
- We have the right to adjust the menu for any delivery based on availablility, seasonality and weather conditions
- Any items missing from your order, will be either rectified immediately, delivered the folllowing delivery or your account will be credited.
- Any time you wish to cancel your subscription, your money will be refunded a maximum of two of your “standardized” deliveries.
- Orders for extra items (separate downloadable order form) need to be completed at least four days prior to any delivery date. Requests after this time may not be processed.
