What can you do for me?
The word "facilitate" means "to make easier;" thus I don't do anything for you. Rather, I facilitate your process of moving from where you are to where you want to be. If you are ready to step into the fire, dig in the dirt, and take a leap of faith to your next level of authentic expression, I'm fully committed to helping you achieve what you’ve been longing to create. If you are standing on the edge of something new but don’t yet know what it is, I can help you claim clarity and passion for your life!

What qualifications do you have?
As a Certified Integrative Coach Professional in the Essentials and Blueprint Models, I had the honor of training at the Ford Institute of Integrative Coaching https://www.thefordinstitute.com/. I also had the great privilege and pleasure of working with over 20,000 teens and adults across the U.S. as a Program Leader for the highly acclaimed organization Challenge Day http://www.challengeday.org/. Over the last 25 years, I’ve also been a youth counselor, substitute teacher and sacred art workshop leader with training in shamanic counseling, Interchange Radical Counseling, deep ecology, social justice and oppression issues, and other models of personal transformation. And, of course, being a mom for over 23 years is as powerful and qualifying as any course of study out there.

How will my life change if I choose to work with you?
That’s up to you. Because this work is directed by your inner wisdom and desire, the level of change you will experience is in direct proportion to your answers and how much you're willing to trust the process. What I do know is that my previous clients have successfully found new careers, begun incredible artistic endeavors, traveled far and wide, and danced out of their comfort zones with exhilaration, loving themselves more than they ever thought possible along the way. If you're willing to do the work, ask the “hard questions,” listen for your own deepest answers, keep your commitments and take constructive action, you can experience miracles, real lasting change, and you'll begin to inhabit your deepest desires with joy.

What is one of your favorite client breakthrough stories?
I have so many, but one of my favorites is about a client who was in a deeply unhappy marriage, living her life for everyone but herself, and it was showing up in every area of her life. Through our work together, she was able to build the courage to end her marriage in a conscious way, move into her own home, and realize her dream of traveling the world. She rediscovered her self-confidence, and that is absolutely awe-inspiring.

Do you have a coach, too?
Absolutely! If you want to live your best life, it helps to have a coach, whether you're an athlete, business professional, artist or anyone else. Thus, for me to be the best coach I can be, I have one myself; it's crucial for my personal and professional development to have someone on my side who is as willing to “kick my butt with compassion” as I am with my clients. Everyone deserves to have a coach!
